The deputy permanent representative
Limbiye Edawe Kadangha Bariki is the deputy permanent representative of Togo at the UN; he also serves as ambassador of Togo in the U.S.
A career diplomat, he is a graduate of the University of Benin (Togo) and of the National School of Administration (ENA-Lomé).
Previously, he notably was the diplomatic advisor at the Presidency (1996-1997), chargé d'affaires in Gabon (1998-2000), chief of staff of the Foreign Ministry (2000-2003)
He has been Ambassador in Washington since 2010.
